About The Position

The Service Drive Attendant greets and assists customers in the Service Department, moves and parks vehicles around the dealership, and transports vehicles to locations such as customers’ homes, the car wash, and the detail department. The role contributes to the customer experience and offers opportunities to gain experience and develop into other dealership careers, including Service Advisor, Express Technician, Parts Advisor, or Sales Product Specialist. Other responsibilities may be assigned by Management.

The position is full-time, with a flexible work schedule and stated hours of 7 AM to 4 PM. Pay is $18 per hour. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle. Employment is contingent on successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the Service Department.
• Move, park, and maneuver cars around the dealership.
• Transport vehicles to various locations, including customers’ homes, the car wash, and the detail department.
• Contribute to and improve the customer experience.
• Take on other responsibilities as assigned by Management.
