Our Service team is seeking a Dispatcher to provide white glove service to our customers and support our service technician team. Responsibilities

Be the face of our service department, generating service calls and communicating by phone and email with customers, sales representatives, vendors and service technicians.
Work closely with the service managers to coordinate technicians, subcontractors and customer requests to determine schedule and dispatch workers to jobs while managing information in the dispatch system.
Monitor service technicians' workload and capacity throughout the day.
Review all "Open Calls" on a daily basis to ensure timely response and customer notification.
Verify field payroll and process on a weekly basis.
Follow up with customers promptly while maintaining quality customer service.
