Requirements

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a service dispatcher role or similar position is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assign repair orders to technicians based on skill level and workload to ensure timely and efficient service.
Monitor repair order progress and provide follow-up on repair status to maintain workflow efficiency.
Offer technical support to the shop as needed, assisting technicians in troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
Track shop production metrics to ensure targets are being met and identify areas for improvement.
Oversee shop training schedules to ensure technicians are up to date with manufacturer certifications and skills.
Review repair orders to ensure proper documentation aligns with manufacturer policies and procedures.
Assist service advisors and service managers with various daily tasks to support department operations.
