About The Position
dormakaba is seeking a Service Dispatcher based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The role is responsible for taking customer orders, assigning Service Technicians, and ensuring service jobs are billed in a customer-friendly manner. The hiring salary range is $18–$22 per hour; the final salary will depend on the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, internal equity, and market data.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience.
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of experience as a dispatcher.
- At least 1 year of experience with accounts receivable or billing.
Responsibilities
- Field and route incoming customer calls and emails to Service Technicians.
- Enter call orders in the service tracking system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure service completion and satisfaction.
- Maintain regular contact with field technicians to provide directions and assistance in completing service calls.
- Complete data entry related to customer accounts and transactions.
