About The Position

Pond's Plumbing is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Service Dispatcher to serve as the first point of contact for customers. The dispatcher manages a high volume of incoming calls, coordinates with service technicians, and helps ensure customer satisfaction. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Compensation is $20.00–$25.00 per hour. The company offers on-the-job training and opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls promptly, provide helpful information, and direct calls to appropriate team members.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, service technicians, and team members, including in stressful or time-sensitive situations.
• Schedule and track multiple technicians, manage customer requests, and follow up on pending issues while staying organized.
• Prioritize urgent matters and make timely decisions to support customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Enter and maintain accurate information in online portals.
• Fulfill duties consistently and reliably.
