About The Position

The Turquoise Place Service Dispatcher is responsible for administrative duties including billing, handling all incoming service calls from guests, owners, and team members, scheduling and reconciling work orders, dispatching service technicians, assisting with inventory orders as needed, and performing other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Must have computer skills that include Microsoft Word, Excel and the ability to learn new programs.
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
  • Must be self-motivated to handle guest, owner or team member issues.
  • Must be able to sit at a computer/phone for entire shift.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills.
  • Must be able to work varied shifts as needed including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Answer calls in a professional and timely manner and respond accordingly.
  • Enter all service work orders into the property management system timely and accurately.
  • Dispatch all service work orders to the appropriate field worker efficiently.
  • Monitor open work orders and assure timely completion.
  • Greet and assist all vendors and outside suppliers as necessary to include making keys as needed.
  • Effectively resolve quality issues with guests/owners.
  • Follow up with owners, guests and internal departments in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties, functions, or tasks as assigned.
