About The Position

Friendly Chevrolet in Dallas, Texas is seeking a driven, knowledgeable team player to manage, drive, and oversee Service Technicians as a Service Dispatcher. This role is crucial for achieving exceptional shop performance and driving outstanding technician performance. The position offers the opportunity to lead one of the largest Chevrolet service shops in North Texas, supported by a dealership with over 70 years of family ownership and a 13-year streak as Dealer of the Year. We are willing to train the right individual, though dealership experience is preferred.

• Successful dispatcher experience or the knowledge and desire to become a dispatcher.
• Understanding of fixed operations.
