About The Position

Provides Tier 1 operational support for end users, including incident resolution, request fulfillment, troubleshooting, and customer support activities. Perform assigned technical and operational duties supporting federal IT operations and modernization efforts.

Requirements

  • Must be a US citizen
  • Must Reside in the DMV Area (DC, Maryland, Virginia)
  • Minimum of 2 Year Experience
  • Relevant federal IT experience, technical capability, and operational support experience aligned to assigned labor category.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
  • CompTIA A+ or Security+ preferred
