About The Position

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Enterprise Systems, the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) of Student Information Systems (SIS) is a key leadership role responsible for the effective delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of the University of Alberta's Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions (CS) and related enterprise applications. As the primary liaison between institutional stakeholders, internal technical teams, and external managed service partners, the SDM ensures reliable application performance, service excellence, and the advancement of new development initiatives aligned with University strategy. This position provides the leadership necessary to coordinate distinct infrastructure hosting and application management service components, uniting on-site, on-shore, and off-shore resources into a cohesive, high-performing delivery model focused on innovation, sustainability, and user satisfaction.
