About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Information Systems Manager with a strong technical background in full-stack development and team leadership. The role involves leading a team of developers, driving the design and delivery of scalable web applications, and ensuring alignment between technical execution and business objectives. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on expertise with leadership capabilities and a solid understanding of enterprise systems, including ERP environments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack web development.
  • 2+ years of experience in a leadership or team management role.
  • Proven experience in delivering scalable applications in environments.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and product stakeholders.
  • Good knowledge of ERP systems and enterprise integrations.
  • Advanced expertise in Angular (Component-based architecture, RxJS, State management, Modular design, Unit testing).
  • Strong experience with .NET Core (RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, Authentication & authorization, Integration layers).
  • Experience in microservices design (API gateways, Service communication, Distributed systems patterns).
  • Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server (MSSQL) (Database design, Stored procedures, Query optimization, Performance tuning).
  • Experience with automated testing frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of software development best practices.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills (technical & non-technical).
  • Problem-solving mindset with focus on performance and quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation practices.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers.
  • Provide technical guidance, coaching, and performance support.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.
  • Track team progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications.
  • Lead architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and development processes.
  • Conduct code reviews and enforce quality standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison between development teams and other technical/business teams.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to define requirements and technical solutions.
  • Work closely with QA teams to ensure quality, testing coverage, and defect resolution.
  • Support production environments by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Drive Agile practices and improve development workflows.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
  • Maintain proper documentation and system standards.
