About The Position

Revivn is hiring a Service Delivery Coordinator for its Customer Experience team. The coordinator manages projects from initial customer scoping and partner planning through execution, customer confirmation, and closeout. This includes assigning partners, collecting site requirements, managing exceptions, and keeping customers, account teams, and vendors informed. The position is based onsite at Revivn’s Brooklyn Navy Yard office, with remote work on Wednesdays. The company describes itself as profitable and rapidly growing and is committed to an inclusive, nondiscriminatory workplace.
