About The Position

The Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting day-to-day service operations by being a point of contact for technicians and branches across the company. This role involves handling incoming calls from technicians to assist with parts inquiries, service support, order updates, and troubleshooting. The coordinator is also responsible for managing warranty claims and warranty replacement orders by working directly with manufacturers to ensure timely approvals, accurate processing, and proper follow-up.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Office Administration or equivalent
  • One to two years’ experience in an inventory control, equipment, parts and/or service-related role
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Advanced understanding of Outlook or a comparable online calendaring system
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Exceptional customer service skills

Nice To Haves

  • Prior IFS, Astea or JDE experience
