The BHT/CA Coordinator is responsible for monitoring Serenity Haven residents and providing some clinical services. This includes knowing where the residents are, ensuring they are acting safely and following rules/guidelines, providing clinical group services, and providing individual intake services. The Coordinator may be responsible for food safety, including reviewing food safety with clients and staff as appropriate and maintaining certification of “Servesafe” through the health department. The Coordinator will be responsible for assisting during health department inspections and scheduling the drug dogs. The Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the director of residential services in scheduling BHTs and CAs. The Coordinator will also be the person contacted for call-offs or schedule changes and will be responsible to contact other BHTs and CAs or find suitable coverage for scheduled shifts, including covering shifts that are not able to be covered by others.
