In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders providing responsive and professional support for all equipment-related inquiries. You will be responsible for processing equipment orders, managing purchasing activities, and ensuring timely delivery by proactively following up and expediting orders when needed. You will also play a critical role in coordinating large equipment installations by working closely with internal project and field teams, as well as sales partners to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will support inventory management, oversee customer returns and credits, and consistently perform your duties in compliance with company policies while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and professionalism.
