About The Position

Carter Machinery Company is seeking an Equipment Coordinator to be responsible for loading, unloading, receiving/releasing all rental equipment and attachments, including new or used sales and service machines. This role also involves maintaining the rental yard for easy access and directing the delivery of new equipment and returns. The position requires promoting a positive customer experience and upholding the company's core values.

Requirements

Ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe manner
Self-directed, organized and able to interact with peers
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to prioritize tasks with competing demands
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Able to work additional hours to meet business and customer needs
Excellent driving record
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good interpersonal and customer service skills
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Previous experience operating construction equipment
Previous experience operating forklift
