About The Position

The Service Coordinator will be the point of contact for all Service order updates and Data Entry. The responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following. Creating and quoting Service Orders (SROs) for recalibration and services, generating RMAs for warranty, answering emails as needed to provide status updates to customers as well as outside Sales Reps and Internal Employees. Process PO's for the Services Department once orders are ready to be entered into the system. Provide accurate documentation and traceability of Blanket PO's and their dollar amount. Resolve any and all accounting related issues to ensure that orders are processed correctly.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work full-time and overtime when needed
  • Strong attention to detail with a high sense of urgency
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively in a team environment to complete tasks
  • Ability to effectively respond to questions from staff and customers
  • Helps maintain customer accounts by recording, correcting, and updating account information in Syteline
  • Ensure each client is given the necessary services and follow up to fill ongoing service needs
  • Answer telephones and respond to email inquiries in the office
  • Receive and process PO's and update order details accordingly
  • Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs
  • Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods
  • Work collaboratively with the Sales team on Vendor Returns traceability, updates, and PO generation/updates.
