About The Position

This position is primarily responsible for preparing and coordinating all paperwork for service work done in the field.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must have various clerical skills such as: typing, data entry, filing, etc.
  • Strong organizational, customer service and communication skills.
  • Present a professional image to customers and vendors.
  • Ability to work without direct supervision.
  • High degree of responsibility and accountability.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to quickly changing priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Process and file mechanic’s paperwork.
  • Create invoices and follow through with all service billing.
  • Provide customer support by answering service calls.
  • Responsible for preparing service orders for customers.
  • Provide written quotes for service technicians.
  • Assist with warranty claims.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
