About The Position

Our service coordinators are responsible for supporting the customer administrative process including document control, internal and customer communications, service excellence governance and other work order activities. You track and report work progress from creation of the service request through to repair execution to final review activities. Ready to Drive Service Excellence? Requirements

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and assess risks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
  • 2–4 years in coordination, project management, or service roles (construction, oilfield, dealership experience an asset).

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all aspects of Maintenance Customer Orders (MCO)—from initiation to closure.
  • Keep projects on track by managing documentation, schedules, and stakeholder communication.
  • Identify risks, escalate issues, and ensure smooth execution of repairs.
  • Validate documentation and ensure compliance with Service Excellence standards.
  • Communicate proactively with internal teams and customers to keep jobs moving.
