About The Position

Tri Cities Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is a family-owned and operated dealership located in Kingsport, Tennessee. We are committed to providing exceptional customer service in a professional and supportive environment that encourages employee growth and success. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Concierge to join our Customer Service Department. This role serves as the primary advocate for our customers, ensuring every interaction reflects our high standards of care. The Service Concierge acts as a key liaison between customers and management, addressing concerns and fostering customer loyalty before, during, and after service visits.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong commitment to embodying company values and exceeding customer expectations
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for building long-term customer relationships
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to analyze performance and identify trends
  • Professional and outgoing demeanor with a strong work ethic and dependability

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office

  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with elead CRM and Reynolds & Reynolds systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Communicate proactively with customers to address and resolve concerns throughout the sales and service process.
  • Develop and maintain a customer follow-up system to support repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with various departments to create and implement action plans for issue resolution.
  • Participate in departmental meetings to share feedback and contribute to service improvements.
  • Provide backup support to ensure smooth customer service operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
