About The Position

Victory Honda of Morgan Hill is part of Victory Automotive Group, a family owned and operated business since 1997 with over 50 locations nationwide. Our goal is to ensure a professional, informative, and pleasant experience for every customer. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Service Concierge to manage our Customer Service Department. This role supports customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries after vehicle purchases and service visits, serving as a key liaison between customers and department managers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales aptitude, and supervisory or management experience in a high-volume dealership environment. Technological proficiency is essential to maintain clear and efficient communication with customers through their preferred channels.

Requirements

  • Experience in automotive BDC or internet management
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems, lead providers, and website backend tools preferred
  • Professional, dependable work ethic
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient with computers and internet applications, including Microsoft Office
  • Experience with dealership software such as Reynolds and Reynolds is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional appearance and demeanor

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer experiences and implement solutions to enhance satisfaction
  • Maintain continuous communication with customers to resolve issues following sales or service visits
  • Develop action plans to address problems and coordinate with appropriate departments
  • Maintain a robust follow-up system to encourage repeat business and referrals
  • Handle internet leads, inbound phone calls, and customer retention efforts
  • Authorize transaction adjustments and reimbursements to uphold high customer service standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
