In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our service department, ensuring every customer feels valued and cared for from the moment they arrive. As our Service Concierge, you will greet customers, provide exceptional hospitality, and create a comfortable, positive experience while their vehicles are being serviced. You will offer complimentary refreshments and snacks, keep the customer lounge clean and inviting, assist with amenities, and serve as a helpful point of contact for any needs that arise during their visit.
