About The Position

The Service Concierge at Ocean Honda of Ventura serves as the Chief Customer Care Advocate, ensuring that every customer interaction meets our high standards of service. This role involves managing customer experiences before, during, and after sales or service visits to promote customer loyalty and business growth.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong commitment to promoting company vision and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Proven interpersonal skills with experience building and maintaining loyal customer relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and analyze performance metrics.
  • Outgoing and professional demeanor, exhibiting strong work ethic and dependability.
  • Effective communication skills with management and coworkers.
  • Technologically adept with proficiency in customers' preferred communication methods.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of elead CRM system and Reynolds & Reynolds software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the customer experience and make appropriate adjustments to achieve the highest level of satisfaction.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with customers to resolve issues and prevent dissatisfaction.
  • Coordinate customer follow-ups to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Develop and implement action plans to address customer concerns, acting as a liaison between customers and relevant departments.
  • Participate in department meetings and provide feedback related to customer experience.
  • Provide backup support as necessary to maintain seamless customer service operations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team and business goals.
