About The Position

Sapp Bros. is seeking an experienced Service Center Advisor to join its team in Tocquerville, Utah. This full-time role focuses on delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced diesel maintenance environment. The advisor greets customers, assists with vehicle service needs, and manages service tickets from initial contact through completion, helping ensure an efficient experience for customers and the shop team. The position is for evenings and weekends and has a starting pay range of $15.00–$18.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Strong typing skills and the ability to work with computer applications.
• A valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to perform basic math and use an adding machine.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of previous experience in a service advisor or service writer role.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous customer service and build strong relationships.
• Manage the service process from initial customer contact through completion.
• Write and oversee work orders, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
• Assign work to technicians and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
• Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries efficiently.
• Assist with parts, inventory, and over-the-counter sales.
• Support fleet account customers as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures, including lock-out/tag-out compliance.
