About The Position

West Valley CJDR, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is currently looking for a talented Service Cashier that aligns with our core values and acts with respect, intelligence, greatness, honesty and teamwork. Requirements

• 1 year minimum of customer service and/or clerical experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and high energy

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of experience in a dealership position is preferred

Responsibilities

• Greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner
• Knows and understands extended service policies, and processes extended warranty payments for repair orders
• Printing out estimates and invoices and accept payment for completed service work
• Restocking refreshments, food, and lobby materials in the customer lounge keeping the area neat and inviting during business hours
• Customer keys while cars are waiting to be picked up by their owners
• Reconciles cash drawer daily
• Works with sales manager to learn about products and services offered, their features and value, and any price changes to services our store offers
• Filing of all repair orders throughout day
• Work cooperatively with the sales and service team
• Answers customer questions about service performed or products purchased, or refers them to one of the Service or Sales professional who can
• Handles customer complaints with integrity and poise and refers customers to the appropriate individuals for resolution if it is outside the scope of the cashier duties
• Answer incoming service calls as needed
