About The Position

Bergstrom Ford of Green Bay is seeking a Part-Time Service Cashier to join their team. As Wisconsin's largest dealership, Bergstrom Automotive is committed to providing exceptional guest experiences and fostering team member growth. This role involves assisting with customer check-ins, billing procedures, accounts receivable, and processing payments. The ideal candidate will have cashier experience, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills.

Requirements

Cashier experience is required.
Upbeat and positive personality.
Active listening skills.
Ability to provide excellent guest service.
Strong communication skills.
Willingness to help out in various areas of the dealership.
Ability to build relationships with team members and guests.

Nice To Haves

Previous administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with answering incoming calls.
Check in guests for service appointments.
Assist with internal billing procedures.
Assist Service Manager with Accounts Receivable, including contacting insurance companies and guests for payment.
Assist with onsite accounting needs.
Prepare bills for guests and insurance companies.
Process payments from guests and insurance companies.
Respond promptly to incoming communications with assistance of the Service Manager as needed.
