Hershey’s Chocolate World is the most popular brand experience in the world, attracting nearly four million guests annually to its location in Hershey, Pennsylvania. Guests visit to experience attractions, dine in the food court, and shop for souvenirs, treats, and gifts. Exceptional customer service is a key component of the guest experience, and the company's mission is to create extraordinary impressions through its people. This is a part-time position located in Hershey, Pennsylvania, with shift times varying based on seasonal operating hours and business needs. Limited weekday shifts may be available during off-peak periods. The company will not provide relocation assistance or other employment benefits for this position.

Requirements

Ability to work independently
Friendly, enthusiastic, team player attitude
Must be able to handle and move boxes, bags, and bottled drinks
Readiness to learn how to operate our cash register system
Customer service and problem-solving skills
Ability to work at a fast pace and multitask
Must have communication skills
Ability to function effectively as part of a team
Requires repetitive motion of the hands, wrists, and forearms
Requires bending, stooping, lifting, and twisting

Nice To Haves

Individuals with a high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required
Cashier experience is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

Greeting, ring up, and thank guests
Restock paper products and beverages
Basic cleaning workstations and equipment
Provide prompt and courteous service to Hershey’s Chocolate World guests
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager or manager-on-duty
