About The Position

DCH Honda of Temecula is seeking a Service Cashier to join their team. This role involves assisting customers with purchases and questions at the cashier counter, processing payments, issuing receipts, and balancing the cash drawer daily. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service and cashier experience, be comfortable in a busy environment, and maintain a professional appearance. Requirements

• 1+ years of experience with customer service in person and over the phone.
• 1+ years of experience in a cashier role.
• Excellent communication skills
• Previous experience working in an auto dealership.
• Comfortable balancing multiple tasks in a busy workplace.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Computer friendly.
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.

Responsibilities

• Assist all customers at the cashier counter with purchases or questions.
• Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, or automatic debits.
• Issue receipts, refunds or change due to customers.
• Balance cashier account every day.
• Identify prices of goods, services and total bills using calculator.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of desk and showroom.
• Special projects as assigned.
