About The Position

Requirements

Previous cashier experience and customer service experience.
CDK experience preferred
Valid driver's license
Willing to adhere to a background check.
Authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

Dealership experience
Familiarity with programs like CDK, Reynolds and Reynolds, or Tekion.

Responsibilities

Greets customers at the cashier desk in a pleasant and professional manner.
Receives cash, checks and credit card payments from customers; records amount received.
Makes change and issues receipts to customers.
Assist customers with Shuttle rides and Courtesy loaners.
Reconciles cash drawer daily.
Maintains and files repair orders, parts invoices, rental forms; lists missing documents.
Closes all open invoices.
Assists service and parts department with telephone coverage.
Provides some clerical for the service department.
Maintains a professional appearance.
Keeps work area neat and clean.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Other duties as assigned.
