About The Position

Join the team at Tom Clark Auto Park as a Service Cashier / Receptionist / BDC Agent where you will be the first point of contact for our customers in Denton, TX. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while managing cashier duties, scheduling service appointments, and assisting with our Business Development Center (BDC) communications. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in customer service, cashiering, or reception preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer proficiency including experience with scheduling software and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally upon arrival and assist with their service needs.
  • Manage cashier duties including processing payments accurately and balancing cash drawer.
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments via phone and email, ensuring efficient shop workflow.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about services and promotions.
  • Coordinate with service technicians and management to ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Support the Business Development Center by contacting customers for service reminders and follow-ups.
