About The Position

Calavan CDJR is now hiring a Service BDC Agent. Do you enjoy helping people and providing exceptional customer service? Are you organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a motivated Service BDC Agent to join our team and help deliver an outstanding customer experience from the very first phone call. The Service BDC Agent is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications, scheduling service appointments, following up with customers, and supporting the service department by ensuring appointments are efficiently managed. This role is critical in creating a positive customer experience and maximizing service opportunities.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service, call center, receptionist, or BDC experience preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
  • Positive attitude, professional appearance, and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phone calls, emails, text messages, and online service inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments.
  • Make outbound calls to remind customers of upcoming maintenance and recommended services.
  • Follow up with customers regarding missed appointments and service satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in the dealership's CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the service department to ensure appointment availability and efficiency.
  • Provide exceptional customer service while building lasting customer relationships.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
