We're looking for an enthusiastic, customer-focused Service BDC Agent to join our growing team. Requirements

  • Previous BDC, automotive dealership, call center, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Outstanding communication and phone skills.
  • Positive attitude with a genuine passion for helping customers.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and multiple applications simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule covering all service department operating hours, including Monday through Friday between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., and Saturdays between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Scheduling will vary based on business needs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound service calls in a friendly, professional, and timely manner.
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule service appointments for our customers.
  • Respond quickly to internet leads, emails, text messages, and online appointment requests.
  • Conduct outbound calls for maintenance reminders, declined services, recall campaigns, and missed appointments.
  • Build strong customer relationships through exceptional communication and follow-up.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Coordinate with Service Advisors and Service Management to maximize shop efficiency.
  • Help drive customer retention and satisfaction by delivering a world-class service experience.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and performance goals.
  • Represent Edmond Hyundai with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
