About The Position
Larson Cadillac is hiring a Service Cashier / Appointment Coordinator to support our service department and help create a professional, welcoming experience for every customer. This full-time position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, staying organized, and supporting a fast-paced team environment. As one of the first points of contact for customers, you'll play an important role in delivering the level of service and professionalism customers expect from a luxury automotive brand. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in providing excellent customer service, we'd like to meet you.
Requirements
- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Basic mathematical aptitude
- Clear and concise communication skills
- Customer service experience
- Ability to independently problem solve.
Nice To Haves
- Previous cashier, receptionist, administrative, or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required

- Welcome customers and provide a professional first impression
- Process payments accurately and balance daily transactions
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments
- Communicate service appointment details and expectations with customers
- Support service advisors and department operations with administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate customer and appointment records
- Assist with general front desk and customer service responsibilities
