About The Position

Support month-end close, sales tax accuracy, and financial reporting while partnering cross‑functionally to analyze performance, resolve variances, and deliver clear financial insights to stakeholders. Your role: Assist manager on month end close process and financial reporting including preparing journal entries and account reconciliations. Finance lead on sales tax management including working with customer service team and customers to analyze transactions, corrects records, and adjust invoices for incorrect taxes. Assist manager analyzing and reporting monthly and quarterly financial information including tracking financial trends, analyzing major variances, monitoring key financial drivers, and preparing management presentations. Works with cross functional team to model and analyze business challenges to support sound business decisions. Interacts with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on financial status, report findings, and offer recommendations, ensuring clear and concise communication to facilitate understanding and action.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in accounting and/or finance with expertise in data analytics, financial analysis and reporting and month end closing.
5+ years of experience with Microsoft Suite including strong Excel skills.
At least a bachelor’s degree.
Must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
