Our Boiler Tech seamlessly installs technical HVAC systems and expertly navigates intricate control setups. Repair experience and skills in proactively troubleshooting complex hydronics/boilers are an asset. Requirements
- 5 years of experience in commercial, residential, or custom home hydronics
- 4th year or Journeyperson Ticket
- Tech-savvy with iPads and texting apps, Service Titan experience is an asset
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision
- Positive attitude and excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable with customer-facing service, sales experience is an asset
- Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
- Attention to detail and a motivation to produce high-quality work
Nice To Haves
- Repair experience and skills in proactively troubleshooting complex hydronics/boilers are an asset
- Service Titan experience is an asset
- Sales experience is an asset
Responsibilities
- Install residential and commercial hydronic/boiler systems. Repair and maintenance experience is an asset (including burner tuning, cleaning, and replacing worn-out components)
- Test and calibrate controls, safety devices, and system components
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Work with hydronic and steam heating systems, including pumps, expansion tanks, and piping
- Provide excellent customer service, explaining issues, repair options, and maintenance recommendations
- Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts used, and follow-up actions
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines while on job sites
