About The Position

The Fulton Companies is seeking a Boiler Service Technician for its expanding sales and service department in the New England territory. This role involves providing field support, commissioning, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance for Fulton's thermal fluid, steam, and hydronic equipment. The technician will also provide technical support and training to customers and support manufacturing as needed. Responsibilities

Provide excellent field support

Provide technical support and training to internal and external customers

Perform technical service work in the field in a safe, efficient, capable manner that meets or exceeds customer expectations
Perform the necessary work to properly prepare for field jobs, site readiness and more
Complete all required documentation and communication associated with the service work and continuous improve quality efforts
Efficiently perform value added functions when not traveling in the areas of manufacturing, technical phone support, quality and continuous improvements efforts
