About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Respond to inbound calls, emails, and other customer inquiries in a courteous and professional manner
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments while helping ensure an efficient workflow
  • Follow up with customers regarding upcoming visits, service recommendations, and satisfaction after service completion
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information in internal systems
  • Work closely with service advisors and team members to support a smooth customer experience
  • Assist with outbound communication campaigns and appointment-setting efforts
  • Help identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and retention
  • Handle basic administrative tasks and contribute to an organized, productive department
