This role involves scheduling service appointments for customers across 17 Central Ohio locations via inbound and outbound calls, text messages, and email. Responsibilities

• Schedule service appointments for customers across the dealership network
• Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email
• Follow up with customers regarding recommended maintenance and service needs
• Help drive service department growth through proactive outreach
• Provide outstanding customer service and support
