About The Position

DuPratt Ford Dixon is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Service BDC to join our team in Dixon, CA. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking service appointments, helping to schedule and coordinate with our service department to ensure a seamless and positive experience. You will play a crucial part in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus.
Previous experience in a customer service or BDC role, preferably in an automotive service environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Comfortable using computer software and CRM systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Positive attitude and dedication to providing outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls and respond to service inquiries promptly and professionally.
Schedule and confirm service appointments using dealership software systems.
