About The Position

Vaden Automotive is looking for a motivated, energetic, and results-driven Service BDC Sales Lead to join our Customer Care team! This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping others succeed, and knows how to turn customer conversations into opportunities. The Service BDC Sales Lead will work closely with our Service BDC team to drive performance, support daily sales activity, coach team members, and ensure customers receive a professional and engaging experience from their very first interaction with Vaden. If you have strong communication skills, a sales mindset, and the ability to motivate a team while still jumping in and leading by example, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

• Previous automotive service advisor, BDC, sales, parts, customer service experience is a requirement
• Strong sales and customer service mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to motivate others and hold team members accountable
• Comfortable working with performance goals, metrics, and expectations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to navigate multiple systems in a fast-paced environment
• Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Teams and Outlook
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• Leadership, coaching, or team lead experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Support the daily performance and productivity of the Service BDC sales team
• Lead by example through customer outreach, follow-up, and appointment setting
• Coach and motivate team members to achieve individual and team performance goals
• Monitor customer leads and ensure timely, consistent follow-up
• Assist with inbound and outbound customer communication by phone, email, text, and other digital channels
• Help convert internet and phone leads into qualified dealership appointments
• Monitor appointment activity, show rates, lead response, and other key performance metrics
• Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and sales results
• Assist team members with challenging customer conversations and lead follow-up
• Ensure customer information and activity are documented accurately in dealership systems
• Work closely with dealership sales teams and management to ensure a smooth hand-off of customer opportunities
• Help maintain accountability, consistency, and a positive team environment
• Provide ongoing feedback and support to help team members improve performance
• Assist CCC leadership with additional projects and initiatives as needed
