About The Position

North Hills Toyota is a leading automotive dealership committed to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality vehicles. We pride ourselves on our friendly and professional team, and we're looking for a dedicated Service BDC Representative to join us. In this position, you will be the first point of contact for our service customers.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age.
Have a valid Driver's License with a clean MVR.
Pass a drug test and background check.
Possess phone skills for both employee and customer phone calls.
Have basic computer skills. Training will be provided for necessary programs.
Be organized, alert, professional and courteous.
Be committed to 100% customer satisfaction.
Familiar with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel program.

Responsibilities

Answer internet leads from manufacturer and third-party websites.
Answer phone calls from customers looking to schedule service for their vehicle.
Continue to reach out to your existing customer base through phone, text, and email daily.
Schedule and verify appointments, then follow up with phone calls.
Maintain thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products.
Greet and assist walk-in customers, and treat all clientele with courtesy and respect.
Determine each customer's vehicle service needs and make appointments accordingly.
Maintain contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service.
Ensure potential customers are aware of any promotions.
Assist with various other tasks at the dealership.
