About The Position
Lexus of Orland is searching for a Service Business Development individual to join our growing team. Our BDC staff offers an amazing working department.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Time management, prioritization skills, and ability to multitask required
- Ambitious, goal oriented mentality and eager to improve
- Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming calls
- Schedule all appointments
- Respond to emails in a professional, well-spoken manner
- Make follow up calls – customer satisfaction.
- Look up national service history – Dealership Daily.
- Call customers to advise parts are in and set up appointments for install.
- Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
- Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly
- Other duties as assigned
