About The Position

Royal Moore Mazda, GMC, Buick is looking for a full-time dependable, and detail-oriented Service BDC Representative to join our service team in Hillsboro, OR. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking with customers, staying organized, and helping create a smooth service experience from the first phone call to the scheduled appointment. Your primary duties will be to handle inbound and outbound calls, set service appointments, follow up with customers, use our CRM and dealership scheduling systems, and support the service department with professional and timely communication.

Requirements

  • Strong phone and communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM tools, and scheduling systems
  • Strong follow-up skills and ability to manage multiple customer interactions throughout the day
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service, call center, receptionist, BDC, or dealership experience is helpful but not required
  • Valid driver’s license preferred
  • Must be able to pass applicable pre-employment screening requirements

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound service calls and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Make outbound calls to follow up with customers and schedule service appointments
  • Set, confirm, and manage service appointments accurately
  • Use CRM and dealership scheduling systems to track customer communication and appointment details
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
  • Follow up with customers regarding service needs, appointment reminders, and dealership communication
  • Communicate clearly with customers, advisors, and service team members
  • Help address customer questions or concerns with patience and professionalism
  • Support a positive customer experience through excellent phone etiquette, organization, and follow-through
  • Help maintain appointment volume and support the overall efficiency of the service department
