As a Business Development Representative, you'll be the friendly voice setting appointments and building lasting relationships with our clients.

Requirements

  • 1+ years experience as a BDC REQUIRED
  • Strong phone presence with the ability to control conversations and overcome objections
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Self-motivated with a production mindset—not just activity-based work
  • Comfortable with CRM tools (VinSolutions, Dealertrack, etc.) preferred

Responsibilities

  • Turn inbound internet leads into confirmed showroom appointments
  • Work unsold traffic, missed opportunities, and service-to-sales opportunities
  • Phone, text, and email with speed, professionalism, and persistence
  • Setting appointments that show and sell
  • Relentless, structured follow-up that drives results
  • Accurate notes, pipeline tracking, and task management
