Pacific Volkswagen is seeking a motivated, persuasive, and customer-focused Service BDC Representative to join their Service Center. This role is the voice and first impression of the Service Department, focusing on driving service business through proactive communication and persuasive follow-up. The representative will be trained to work with multiple vehicle brands, use sales and negotiation techniques to encourage customers for maintenance, recalls, and repairs, and handle inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails with a customer-first mindset. They will also overcome objections, present the value of timely service, follow up with previous customers, collaborate with Service Advisors and management, and maintain accurate records while meeting appointment goals.
