About The Position

The Service BDC Representative at Ottawa Honda is responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining an organized schedule, conducting post-repair follow-ups, and contacting customers for recall and warranty work. This role requires the ability to work with limited supervision, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and possess exceptional customer service skills.
