About The Position

We are seeking a Service Advisor for Ottawa Honda. This position offers flexible weekday hours and Saturdays. The role involves generating service order estimations and quotes for customers, scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organized schedule. You will also conduct post-repair follow-up and customer service, explaining cost and service time requirements, and educating customers on work completed and any cost adjustments. The ability to work with limited supervision, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment is essential. Exceptional customer service skills and follow-up are required.
