About The Position
Sloane Honda is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their top-performing service team in a brand new, beautiful dealership. The dealership is over 60,000 square feet and offers an impressive environment with upgraded service bays and highly skilled factory-trained technicians. The role involves helping customers understand the value of vehicle maintenance, providing excellent customer service, and promoting the sales of services, parts, and accessories.
Requirements
- Prior experience in a dealership setting
- Experience in a dealership environment
- Strong sales skills
- High customer satisfaction scores

Responsibilities
- Refer to service history, inspect vehicles, and recommend service to clients.
- Promote the sales of services, parts, and accessories by thoroughly understanding the product and associated service requirements.
- Administer new and used vehicle warranty repairs in accordance with warranty specifications.
- Provide excellent customer service and surpass all customer demands and expectations.
- Help customers understand the value of maintaining their vehicles.
