About The Position
Priority Honda Hampton is seeking a Service BDC Administrator to join their service team. This role is crucial for delivering an outstanding customer experience and supporting a busy service department. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and adept at multitasking. The dealership is located on Mercury Boulevard in Hampton and is part of the Lithia & Driveway family, a major automotive retailer in North America.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM systems is a plus
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
Nice To Haves
- Previous BDC, call center, customer service, or automotive dealership experience preferred
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming service calls, emails, and text inquiries
- Schedule and confirm service appointments
- Follow up with customers regarding missed appointments and recommended maintenance
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and management
- Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information
- Assist with customer satisfaction initiatives and service retention efforts
- Deliver a professional and friendly experience with every customer interaction
