About The Position

Priority Honda Hampton is seeking a Service BDC Administrator to join their service team. This role is crucial for delivering an outstanding customer experience and supporting a busy service department. The ideal candidate will be organized, customer-focused, and adept at multitasking. The dealership is located on Mercury Boulevard in Hampton and is part of the Lithia & Driveway family, a major automotive retailer.

Requirements

  • High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
  • Basic computer proficiency and experience with CRM systems is a plus

Nice To Haves

  • Previous BDC, call center, customer service, or automotive dealership experience preferred
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming service calls, emails, and text inquiries
  • Schedule and confirm service appointments
  • Follow up with customers regarding missed appointments and recommended maintenance
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors and management
  • Maintain accurate customer records and appointment information
  • Assist with customer satisfaction initiatives and service retention efforts
  • Deliver a professional and friendly experience with every customer interaction
