About The Position

Advantage Dealer Group is seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Service BDC Representative to support our service department. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communication, scheduling service appointments, and helping drive service retention. If you have strong communication skills, enjoy helping customers, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Previous BDC, call center, or customer service experience preferred
  • Automotive or dealership experience a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication and listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized
  • Professional phone demeanor
  • Basic computer and CRM skills
  • Reliable and punctual

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, texts, and emails
  • Schedule service appointments accurately and efficiently
  • Follow up with customers on overdue maintenance and missed appointments
  • Confirm upcoming service visits
  • Provide a positive customer experience during every interaction
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
  • Work closely with service advisors and management to meet daily goals
